Shipping policy

We strive for 100% accuracy and satisfaction unfortunately we have no control over your package once it leaves us.  All orders are assigned a tracking number and if that item shows delivered the best option is to contact the carrier and file a claim.  More often than not an item was delivered to a neighboring house or left in area that isn't visible.
